June is Immigrant Heritage Month!

June is Immigrant Heritage Month. Celebrated since 2014, Immigrant Heritage Month gives people across the United States an opportunity to annually explore their own heritage and celebrate the shared diversity that forms the unique story of America.

June is a time to embrace the vibrant tapestry of cultures that enrich our nation's story. Join us in celebrating Immigrant Heritage Month, honoring the journeys, contributions, and resilience of immigrants from around the world.

This month’s goal is to:

  • Recognize immigrants' contributions to the economy, culture, and identity

  • Raise awareness about the importance of diversity and immigration

  • Give immigrants and refugees the opportunity to celebrate their background

  • Explore one's own heritage and celebrate the shared diversity that forms America's unique story
